By using our services, customers agree to the following policies, terms, and conditions designed to ensure smooth operations, protect customers and the company, and maintain service quality.
Shipping & Package Policy
- Packages are subject to inspection, verification, weighing, and processing upon arrival.
- Customers must provide accurate and complete shipment information.
- Rates are based on weight, dimensions, handling requirements, and delivery location.
- Final shipping costs are confirmed before package release or delivery.
Weight & Handling Policy
Additional handling charges may apply for packages requiring special care, oversized storage, or heavy lifting.
- Packages over 10 lbs may incur a $1,500 heavy handling fee.
- Packages over 15 lbs may incur a $4,300 bulk handling fee.
- Packages over 30 lbs may incur a $5,300 oversized handling fee.
Minimum Service Fee
A minimum service charge of $250 applies to all shipments and transactions processed through Samkaye Courier & Accessories.
Storage & Unclaimed Packages
Customers are expected to collect packages promptly after notification.
- Packages unclaimed for more than 30 days without communication may be auctioned, disposed of, or repurposed.
- Additional storage fees may apply beyond the standard holding period.
Restricted & Prohibited Items
Samkaye Courier & Accessories may refuse prohibited, illegal, dangerous, or restricted items, including:
- Illegal substances, weapons, explosives, hazardous materials, flammable items.
- Counterfeit goods, stolen property, and restricted international items.
Damage & Liability Policy
We handle all packages with care, but are not responsible for third-party carrier damage, supplier packaging defects, external delays, or fragile items not properly packaged by the sender.
Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of package collection or delivery.
Refund Policy
- Shipping and processing fees are generally non-refundable once services are completed.
- Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case.
- Approved refunds apply only when an error was directly caused by Samkaye Courier & Accessories.
Delivery Policy
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs clearance, and high shipment volume. Samkaye Courier & Accessories is not liable for delays beyond our control.
